Refunds & Returns Policy

1. Overview

At Code Blue CPR, we strive to provide high-quality CPR and first aid training. Due to the nature of our services, which often involve scheduled in-person sessions and digital materials, our refund and return policy is designed to be fair and transparent.

2. Training Course Refunds

2.1 Cancellation by Participant

If you need to cancel your registration, please notify us at least 48 hours before the scheduled course start time. Refunds will be issued minus a small administrative fee.

2.2 Late Cancellations

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the course start time are non-refundable, except in cases of medical emergencies or extenuating circumstances (documentation may be required).

2.3 No-Shows

Participants who do not attend a scheduled course without prior notice will not be eligible for a refund.

3. Digital Products & Materials

3.1 Non-Returnable Items

All digital downloads, certificates, and course materials are non-returnable and non-refundable once accessed or delivered.

3.2 Technical Issues

If you experience technical difficulties accessing your materials, please contact us at support@codebluecpr.co within 7 days of purchase. We’ll work to resolve the issue or offer a replacement.

4. Rescheduling Policy

4.1 Flexible Rescheduling

We allow one-time rescheduling of your course date at no extra charge, provided you notify us at least 24 hours in advance.

4.2 Multiple Reschedules

Additional rescheduling requests may incur a fee or be subject to availability.

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund is initiated.
